Meet the Staff

Cawley%2c Trey (1)William Cawley is the principal investigator of the DMLab and a Master’s candidate in Criminal Justice and Criminology at Sam Houston State University. He received his Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice, with a concentration in Computer Science and Information Assurance, from Sam Houston State University in 2013. His research interests are found at the intersection of technology, society and crime.

 

20160117_174413-1-2Robert Davidson is an associate researcher at the DMLab and currently working on his Bachelors in Psychology with minors in both Political Science and Criminal Justice. His interests include Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Criminology, and Social Psychology. He will pursue a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Angelo State University after he completes his undergraduate studies.

 

MatthewBills-Matthew Bills is an associate researcher at the DMLab and a Master’s candidate in Criminal Justice and Criminology at Sam

Houston State University. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Psychology from Sam Houston State University in 2014. His research interests include juvenile justice, community policing efforts, hate crime, and rehabilitation programs.

 

Andrew BeAndrew Bennettnnett is a contributing editor with the DMLab and the director of the Center for Excellence in Digital Forensics. He has fifteen years of experience in IT ranging from back office tech at a mom and pop computer store, to project consulting for a Fortune 500 company. He has an Masters of Science in Information Assurrance and security, and is a doctoral candidate at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology.
