Meet the Staff

William Cawley is the principal investigator of the DMLab and a Master’s candidate in Criminal Justice and Criminology at Sam Houston State University. He received his Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice, with a concentration in Computer Science and Information Assurance, from Sam Houston State University in 2013. His research interests are found at the intersection of technology, society and crime.

 

Robert Davidson is an associate researcher at the DMLab and currently working on his Bachelors in Psychology with minors in both Political Science and Criminal Justice. His interests include Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Criminology, and Social Psychology. He will pursue a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Angelo State University after he completes his undergraduate studies.

 

Matthew Bills is an associate researcher at the DMLab and a Master’s candidate in Criminal Justice and Criminology at Sam

Houston State University. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Psychology from Sam Houston State University in 2014. His research interests include juvenile justice, community policing efforts, hate crime, and rehabilitation programs.

 

Andrew Bennett is a contributing editor with the DMLab and the director of the Center for Excellence in Digital Forensics. He has fifteen years of experience in IT ranging from back office tech at a mom and pop computer store, to project consulting for a Fortune 500 company. He has an Masters of Science in Information Assurrance and security, and is a doctoral candidate at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology.
